Privacy policy

Who we are

Ware Firework Display is a community event organised by Round Table and Rotary. You can contact us at info@warefireworks.org.uk.

Website analytics

We record anonymous page views and button clicks (such as which ticket button was pressed, the page visited, rough device type and where visitors arrived from) to understand how the website is performing. This data is stored on our own systems and is not shared with advertisers.

Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel

With your consent, we use the Meta pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure how our Facebook and Instagram adverts perform and to help Meta show our adverts to people more likely to be interested in the event. The pixel collects information about your visit (pages viewed and actions such as clicking a ticket link), your device and browser, and a cookie identifier, and sends it to Meta.

The pixel only loads if you accept it on our consent banner, or if you are visiting from a region where consent is not required. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page — your new choice applies immediately.

Tickets

Tickets are sold by TicketTailor on our behalf. When you buy a ticket, TicketTailor processes your personal and payment details under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email info@warefireworks.org.uk and we'll be happy to help. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
